When Ansh joined FrostByte Hacks, he wasn’t aiming for flashy design or big promises. He just wanted to build something useful—and that’s exactly what Aesa Finance became.
Aesa helps everyday users understand complicated financial data in simple, clear language. Inflation, CPI, commodity prices—it pulls these numbers, processes them using backend logic, and then explains what they actually mean for things like your grocery bill or electricity use.
Ansh handled everything from infrastructure to AI logic. He used Deno for backend data routing, Cloudflare Workers for performance, and a combination of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to keep the interface clean. He even integrated AI text generation through Mistral to provide natural-language summaries for financial shifts.
When asked about the hardest part, Ansh mentioned debugging fetch requests. Too many requests were flooding the server, so he rewrote the entire data retrieval process to combine calls and cache results. It wasn’t glamorous work—but it made the app faster and more stable.
One of his favorite additions was the dynamic language layer. Instead of just showing numbers, Aesa adds context: “Your electricity bill might go up,” or “Expect lower prices this month.” These lines are generated based on real data and update live in the browser.
Beyond tech, Aesa was rooted in a simple insight: people want to make smart choices, but don’t always have the tools to do it. Ansh helped build one of those tools. It’s now live and available to anyone.
That’s what stood out. Not just the code—but the clarity of purpose.
We’re proud to spotlight Ansh and the Aesa team. They didn’t just build a product. They built understanding.
