Our First Online Course: Launching Foundations in Linear Algebra

Today we’re launching our first course: Foundations in Linear Algebra.

It’s built for high school students who want a clearer understanding of the math behind machine learning, physics, 3D graphics, and more. You don’t need prior experience with vectors or matrices. If you’re comfortable with algebra and open to learning new ideas, you’ll be fine.

This isn’t a set of long lectures or dense proofs. The course is broken into short, clear lessons—each one focused on a single concept. You’ll learn by working through real examples, not just watching someone solve problems.

We’ve designed the course around five key units:

  • Vectors and Spaces: What they are and how they work
  • Matrix Operations: The building blocks of transformations
  • Linear Systems: Solving for unknowns
  • Applications: Real uses in computer science and beyond
  • Proofs (Optional): For students who want more depth

Each section includes hands-on exercises, walkthroughs, and guided projects. You can move at your own pace. If you’re stuck, you’ll be able to message a mentor for help. It’s flexible and built for how students actually learn.

This course is the first of many. Our goal is to build a full platform of student-friendly, project-driven content that anyone can pick up and use—no fancy tools, no gated access.

If you’re curious about how the math works behind the scenes, this course is for you.

Thanks for being part of this journey.
